tapping into joy,

transforming your life through
Emotional Freedom Techniques and Hacking Reality

“When you’re experiencing a negative emotional state—angry or upset or fearful—your brain goes on alert. It prepares your body to enter a full-blown, fight-or-flight response… Though we’re not yet sure why, tapping seems to turn off the amygdala’s alarm—deactivating the brain’s arousal pathways. Here you can read about just two of my successes with using Hacking Reality, both from my personal experiences.

Since they both focused on aspects of how I was parented when I was very young (and my parents were both well-meaning but extremely young parents), I’ve chosen to include these two particular healing experiences utilizing Hacking Reality. My parents’ inexperience with life when I was young, and their personal struggles as parents, caused me some deep suffering, although this was most assuredly not their intent.  Parents do the best we can – all of us.

Although this is not the place to talk at any length about ancestral wounds, the truth is (in my experience anyway), we all carry what was unfinished from our parents’ lives, imprinted from our earliest beginnings.

So, here are two of my own powerful healing experiences using Hacking Reality, one with my mother and one with my father.

As I can surely attest, these Hacking Reality tapping sessions both radically shifted how I perceive reality – in ways I never expected would even be possible. These are good examples of how, with Hacking Reality, the ‘impossible’ becomes ‘I’m possible!’
