What is he talking about?

From me, taking a stab at translating these quotes into non-Human Design terms: Ra was brilliant at helping us see just how difficult it is, awakening from the old programming or conditioning we have all experienced, in having learned to live as others expected or trained us to live, especially when we were in our first five or six years of life on the planet.
That old programming is deeply embedded in us – so deeply that until we begin to awaken from it, to be able to even notice it, we can only live trapped inside it.
When we’re stuck inside our old stories with no awareness, we can’t even see that we’re stuck. It’s totally unconscious. Then, escape isn’t even possible.
It’s awareness that first springs us free… that allows us to step into passenger consciousness, to just be able to witness our journey.
However, let’s say you’re here reading this blog post because you’re already aware you have old conditioning, old limiting and still unconscious stories that dominate your experience of life. Maybe you’re aware of the impact of them on your current life – via the repeating patterns of pain and suffering. But you have no conscious awareness of where they came from.
Nonetheless, these old stories have become the lens through which you perceive and experience life. Even being aware of this is a step towards freedom, towards you differentiating yourself from that limiting, old, programmed way of life.
What comes next?
From here, being aware now… how do you actually step into your individual human potential, to live as the utterly unique human snowflake that you are? How do you shift from unconscious existing to living inside your own authenticity?
From what I’ve seen and experienced, it’s not as simple as it seems. As humans, we carry all our old baggage with us, until we learn how to clear it out from our auras. Those old stories of who we see ourselves being – based on who we were told we are when we were very young and absorbed everything like little sponges – those stories are quite sticky.
Once we’ve absorbed them in our early years from our external environment, from our ‘big people’ (parents, teachers and other adults who were important parts of our early lives), they then take on a life of their own inside us.

As humans, we all look to see how reality verifies and validates our experience. So we begin to look for more evidence that what we believe (these old stories) is true.
These versions of someone else’s reality that we absorbed and internalized, have thus become reinforced by our expectations that they’re true – countless times over our lifetimes. Each reinforcement adds another layer of ‘this is true’ to these conditioned stories. They go so deep that uncovering all the layers can take a very long time indeed.
In Human Design they say it takes a minimum of seven years, of experimenting with witnessing our lives consciously, as a passenger, a silent witness.
From what I’ve observed in life, (outside of Human Design) even for those in therapy who are dedicated to seeing and changing their old stories, it can take a lot longer than that.
Even talk therapy (imho, based on what I saw as a talk therapist for over 30 years) isn’t a vehicle that’s likely to help. It relies on the mind, on how we consciously think and understand. But that’s only the tip of the iceberg.
That might be a bit helpful, like discovering an edge piece in a jigsaw puzzle. But you’ll never see the whole puzzle from just those few edge pieces. The real mother lode is held in the unconscious, in our body’s wisdom. In the vastness of the iceberg that’s under the surface of the water: that’s where everything, every experience we’ve ever had, is stored.
And how do we access what is held in the unconscious, when it isn’t known (because it’s still unconscious to us)?
That’s where tapping and hacking reality come in.
Tapping the end points of our body’s meridians helps us connect to our physiological vessel, to our body. When we add in talking about our emotionally reactive old programming while we tap, it’s like using the delete button on a computer. The old ‘corrupt file’ gets deleted.
Why does this even matter?
In our human experience, clearing the sticky old stories is what allows us to discover, to become consciously aware of, our own uniqueness. This journey takes us in the direction towards freedom. It invites us to step into our own individuated freedom to live inside our unique potential… rather than being homogenized by our earliest sticky stories of doing what we were told we needed to do, in order to feel loved and accepted (and sometimes, in order to just survive).
When we tap, the sky may be the limit in terms of what is possible to change. Personally, I have used it for physical conditions, like stopping a nosebleed or stopping a head would from bleeding. I’ve used it to ‘heal’ pain, to align with my body in its capacity to rebalance into greater health and wellness.
I have also used tapping to powerfully clear out excruciating and overwhelming levels of emotional suffering. This includes using it to emotionally neutralize old ways of thinking. I have deleted old beliefs which are no longer valid for me. Old programming: disabled and deleted.
With others, I’ve seen what seems to occur in the territory of miraculous shifts. This includes people releasing utterly debilitating layers of deep grief. I’ve experienced and seen this happen quickly, within 10 or 20 or 40 minutes. Sometimes, it takes longer.
At times, persistence is needed, in order to unlock the shackles which have imprisoned us in old pain-and-suffering conditioned stories.
Gary Craig (the founder of Emotional Freedom Techniques) says: “Try it on everything.” And I agree. We can’t know until we know. And that only happens if we’re willing to experiment to see if it works.
Hacking Reality adds rocket boosters to tapping…
If the sky is the limit with tapping, when we step into the morphic/quantum field with Hacking Reality tapping, we are stepping into the field of potentially limitless possibilities. Tapping within Hacking Reality sessions can take us into our long ago past in this lifetime (to where we first developed our ‘old stories’). Or it can shift us into clearing something from a ‘past life.’ Or we can chat with a future self… or with someone who has crossed over.
We can shift out of – delete – the old story where it may have first begun. And then replace it with a ‘new story.’ This includes a new ending, with new feelings and new beliefs. These all get re-imprinted in your body, in your aura and out into the quantum field.
This level of work is incredibly powerful. It clears out the ‘old homogenized guck,’ in order to be able to step into greater freedom. It allows us to live our lives as who we truly are, rather than who we were conditioned to be. And that’s where the consciousness experiment continues, taking us into new territory, as yet inexperienced, unrealized. It’s already within us. It’s who we really are, in our individuated, differentiated self.
We just need to clear away what blocks us from awareness of our magnificent uniqueness. In a nutshell, that’s really why I love tapping and hacking reality. I’ve searched for over 35 years. I have not found any other tools that allow us to do what these tools do. We can now take quantum leaps forward into our conscious awareness of our unique human potential.
